Well, hello there! I am the co-author of the gift books Dear Graduate, Dear Love, and Dear Newlyweds (out September 1, 2026) from Clarkson Potter/Penguin Random House, Dear Citizen, and author of many short stories.

I’m also a solo musician and was a member of the New York post-punk band Falling Stairs in the late 1980s/early 90s.

My professional experience includes HBO, GBH/PBS, Fast Company and MovieMaker magazines, ArtsBoston, Seattle International Film Festival, The Grommet, and, currently, 826 Boston.

I have volunteered for the Jamaica Plain Music Festival for 14 years and also volunteer with American Promise.

But, my favorite job has been being a dad to Adacie and Declan.
